Being the son of a lifelong builder-developer, Jon has been in and around the construction business his entire life. Building in earnest since 1991, he is well experienced in development and residential homebuilding. Founding The ONE Group in 2010, Jon set out to focus his efforts specifically in the design-build of New Custom Homes and Luxury Remodeling. Having a passion for building exquisite homes, and unique vision & talent for thinking “out-of-the-box”, he strives for ingenuity and excellence in every project he takes on.
Born from it’s predecessor, Elliott Realty is a continuation of the legacy that Louis J. Elliott founded over 60-years ago. A professional developer for as many years, Lou was an innovator and consummate professional. He was well respected and admired in the business, having a built a vast portolio of developments in his time at the helm. The torch was passed to Jon Elliott in 2010. Elliott Realty continues today based on the same foundation of integrity, trust and reliability that were the hallmarks of Lou’s tenure.
